Art Zine Project – PATHS 2021-2022

Producing a set of 6 zines of art works of mine and 6 writers/poets who reside in 6 different countries.  The project is made possible with a generous funding from Canada Council for the Arts and Wakayama Art Museum, Tokyo.

Each will cover the themes of suffering, empathy, compassion and the cycle of life and death. Each of the zines will represent a particular theme based on a series of work that I have done in the past and inspired by different cultural /social/political territories. The zines will be folded booklets that will unfold into posters and will be printed in small batches.
